The NDD Orbix portal generates alerts for premature exchange for waste toner or other components whose percentage increases with use.
Cause
The supply reading behaves in a manner opposite to the portal’s default expectations. The percentage increases as the waste toner fills up, whereas the system expects, by default, for the percentage to decrease with use.
