Failure
When viewing the exchange history for a piece of equipment on the NDD Orbix portal, the user cannot find the supply that is currently installed.
Cause
The exchange history displays only supplies that have already been removed and replaced. The currently installed supply is displayed separately in the Supplies > In use section.
These sections serve different purposes and complement each other:

In use: displays the supply installed in the equipment at the time of the query.

Exchanged: displays supplies that have already been replaced.
Solution

Go to the Monitoring > Printers menu

Click the name of the desired printer to access its properties

Click the Supplies > In use tab to view the supply installed on the equipment at the time of the query

Check the current level and the date the supply was installed
Use the exchange history exclusively to analyze supplies that have already been replaced.
To reconstruct the consumption history, compare the information for the supply currently in use, such as the date added and the current level, with records of previous exchanges.
The date added for the supply in use should be used as a reference for analyzing the current consumption cycle.
