🚀 NEW | New permission to view computer locations
NEW | New permission to view computer locations
  • Location: Administration > Users

We have added a new permission, View computer locations, which allows you to control which users can access the geolocation information of monitored devices.

With this change, administrators can grant or restrict access to computer locations independently, ensuring greater information safety, user privacy, and compliance with the organization’s access policies.

To preserve existing behavior in environments, the new permission was automatically enabled for users who already had permission to view computers. Users who did not have access to computer information retained no access to device locations.

🛠️ IMPROVEMENT | More details on obtaining computer locations
IMPROVEMENT | More details on obtaining computer locations
  • Location: Monitoring > Computers > Devices

We have improved the collection of computer geolocation data. With this improvement, the agent now identifies and reports the following information in a structured manner on the Location tab of the computer’s properties:
- the method used to obtain the geolocation during the last update (Wi-Fi or public IP);
- the reasons that prevented the location from being obtained or that resulted in a low-precision reading.

When the location cannot be updated, the portal will display the reason for the failure, making it easier to identify the cause of the problem and speeding up its analysis and resolution.

To view the reasons and their respective solutions, access Error updating the computer's location.

Update required

  • DCA and Cloud Connector (Windows) - 1.2.25

  • NDD - Computer Monitor (Windows) - 1.4.8

To update, access Update the DCA and Cloud Connector agent, Gateway Connector, or services version via the portal.

🛠️ IMPROVEMENT | New indicator for underutilized computers
IMPROVEMENT | New indicator for underutilized computers
  • Location: Dashboard

The Dashboard menu now includes the Computers - Underutilized indicator, designed to identify devices with low resource consumption relative to their available hardware capacity.

The indicator takes into account managed computers, whether active or inactive, and allows you to identify equipment that may be over-specified for the tasks they perform. This enables more strategic analyses of resource utilization, machine redistribution, and optimization of hardware investments.

The indicator displays the following statuses:
- Underutilized: all computers whose processor usage is 20% or less and RAM memory usage is 40% or less, based on readings from the last 30 days.
- Normal: all computers that do not meet the underutilization criteria.

For a computer to be included in the analysis, it must have at least 50 valid readings over the last 30 days.

This update assists in planning equipment reallocation, reduces unnecessary purchases, and provides a basis for decisions related to hardware upgrades or redistribution.

🛠️ IMPROVEMENT | New column for underutilized computers in the monitoring grid
IMPROVEMENT | New column for underutilized computers in the monitoring grid
  • Location: Monitoring > Computers > Devices

The grid in the Monitoring > Computers > Devices menu now includes the new Underutilized computer column.

The column is based on the official classification of the underutilized computer indicator and allows you to quickly identify which devices have low resource consumption relative to available hardware capacity.

The values displayed are:
- Yes: when the computer has processor usage of 20% or less and RAM memory usage of 40% or less, based on readings from the last 30 days.
- No: when the computer does not meet the underutilization criteria.

For a computer to be included in the analysis, it must have at least 50 valid readings over the last 30 days.

This update facilitates the operational analysis of monitored equipment, supporting decisions related to machine redistribution, resource optimization, and hardware investment planning.

🛠️ IMPROVEMENT | New indicator for underutilized computers in the tactical computer inventory report
IMPROVEMENT | New indicator for underutilized computers in the tactical computer inventory report
  • Location: Reports > Predefined

The predefined Tactical computer inventory report now includes the underutilized computers indicator in the technical inventory.

With this update, the report provides greater visibility into the utilization of hardware resources on monitored devices, allowing you to identify computers with low processor and RAM memory usage relative to available capacity.

When generating the report, you can enable the Include detailed view option. When this option is enabled, the report displays a specific table listing all computers classified as underutilized.

The classification considers computers with processor usage of 20% or less and RAM memory usage of 40% or less, based on readings from the last 30 days. For a computer to be included in the analysis, it must have at least 50 valid readings during the period.

This update helps identify potentially oversized equipment, supporting decisions related to hardware redistribution, resource optimization, and investment planning.

Automated Services Management (ASM)

🚀 NEW | Adding documents to a contract
NEW | Adding documents to a contract
  • Location: Contratos > Contratos

We have implemented the ability to add documents directly to contracts registered in the ASM portal.

With this update, files related to the agreement signed with the client—such as signed contracts, amendments, proposals, terms, attachments, and other supporting documents—can be centralized in the contract’s Documentos tab.

This feature makes it easier to organize and access information, reduces the need to search for files in different locations, and contributes to more secure, agile, and traceable contract management.

For more information, access Adicionar documentos ao contrato.

🚀 NEW | New tax field in the project profile
NEW | New tax field in the project profile
  • Location: Precificação > Perfis de Projeto

We have added the Impostos (%) field to the project profile record.

With this new option, you can specify the tax percentage to be applied to the total value of the project scenario, making the calculation more comprehensive and in line with the commercial rules of the transaction.

The percentage configured in the profile will be applied to the scenarios linked to it, contributing to more accurate and standardized pricing.

To configure the tax for the project profile, access Criar perfis de projeto.

🚀 NEW | Importing contracts via spreadsheet
NEW | Importing contracts via spreadsheet
  • Location: Contratos > Contratos

We now offer the ability to import contracts via spreadsheet, allowing you to register multiple contracts quickly, in a standardized manner, and in batches.

With this feature, you can fill out contract information in a model spreadsheet and import it directly into the portal, reducing manual work, speeding up the registration process, and helping to standardize data.

For more information, access Criar contrato.
