NEW | Generate manual supply exchange

We have added the option to generate an exchange, which allows you to manually record the replacement of a printer supply on the NDD Orbix portal.

With this update, you can force a supply replacement, ensuring that the replacement indicators are generated correctly and reflected in other areas of the system, such as reports and stock write-offs.

DOCUMENTATION | Documentation improvement based on feedback

• Page: Create print queue driver

Based on feedback sent via the “ What did you think of this page?” option, we have improved the guidelines on preparing drivers.

The documentation states that the driver must be digitally signed by Microsoft. We have also added guidance for cases where the driver does not have this signature: the software must be installed on the computer, and during installation, you must select the option Always trust software from “...” so that the driver is recognized as trustworthy.
