On some equipment models, SNMP community validation could exceed the response timeout, preventing monitoring from starting.

To fix this, we improved the SNMP community validation process by adjusting the version used and adding a double-check to increase the reliability of the validation.

🐞 FIX | Supplies displayed incorrect colors
FIX | Supplies displayed incorrect colors

On some equipment models, certain supplies were identified with an incorrect color during monitoring.

To fix this, we added a validation so that specific types of supplies—such as the waste toner container (Waste Toner), transfer unit (Belt), and paper feeder (Paper Feed)—are identified as NoApply, disregarding the color information returned by the equipment in these cases.

On Lexmark XC9235 equipment, some meters were captured twice, preventing the correct processing of meter information.

To fix this, we adjusted the meter capture process for the Lexmark XC9235 model.
