During the SNMP v3 configuration, the equipment's IP address was captured inconsistently, causing communication problems.

To fix this, we made a change to ensure the IP address is captured correctly.

  • NDD - Printer Monitor (Windows) - 1.1.38

To update, access Update the DCA and Cloud Connector agent, Gateway Connector, or services version via the portal.
