EcoPrint’s Saving report was being generated using Brazilian time, even though it was configured for a different region. This occurred because the date and time of the reading were converted to the server’s time zone, causing the report to reflect Brazilian time instead of the time collected in the region.
To fix this, we adjusted the system to preserve the collected time without performing any time zone conversions. As a result, the date and hour now represent the collected time, regardless of the server’s time zone, thereby correcting the information displayed in the reports.

NDD Orbix allows you to automatically group thermal printer supply demands into batches, based on product, customer, delivery location, and number of items per batch.
With this update, demands that were previously generated individually can now be consolidated, aligning planning with the supply model based on boxes or volumes.
The system maintains traceability of the items that make up each batch, identifying whether they originated from alerts that the supplies were running low, scheduled replenishment, or were added to complete the defined quantity for the batch.
To use this feature, you must create a grouping rule in the Supplies > Demand planning menu. The rule defines the criteria for consolidating demands into batches.
This new feature reduces shipment fragmentation, improves logistical efficiency, increases supply predictability, and helps reduce operating costs.
