Failure
The log from the NDD - Computer Monitor service recorded error code 8029 (BatteryInformationException).
Cause
There was a failure collecting the information from the computer's battery.
Solution
Check that the battery is correctly connected to the computer.
If the battery is connected, check its condition and, if necessary, replace or service it.
If the failure is not resolved using the solutions above, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
