Error code 2001

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor or NDD - Thermal Monitor services recorded error code 2001 (PermissionException).

Cause

The service does not have permissions to create or delete a folder during the update process.

Solution

Grant administrator permissions to the DCA and Cloud Connector agent as instructed below:

1. Locate the installed DCA and Cloud Connector agent file on the computer

2. Right-click on it

3. Click on Properties

4. Click on the Compatibility tab

5. On Settings, check the option Run this program as administrator

6. Click the OK button
