Monitor printer supply demand planning

When a supply is requested (either due to alerts that the supply is running low or scheduled replenishment), a demand is created to meet that need. It is available in the Supplies > Demand planning menu, which allows users to view and plan customer demands.

Instructions

  1. Go to Supplies > Demand planning

Information

The Current level column shows the status of the load remaining in supply. In this way, the user can prioritize the most urgent demands and prevent the printer from grinding to a halt at the customer's premises.

The way the supply level status is displayed may vary depending on the printer model:

  • For models that report the level as a percentage, the status is displayed as follows:

    • xx%: percentage of supply level.

  • For models that report the level as a code, the status is displayed as follows:

    • Available: the supply is available in the printer.

    • Running low: the supply is almost empty.

    • Unknown level: the code entered was not recognized by the portal.

  1. View the supply details, if desired

    1. Click on the type of the desired supply to open its properties

The tabs show:

Summary

Displays properties, product, printer and current supply data, as well as historical indicators.

In the properties' data, if the supply is at forced capacity or with forced product, there is an informative.

Historic

Displays the demand history. With each change in the status of the demand, a new record will be generated, where the system will retrieve the updated level, yield and running low by data, so that they reflect the values at the time the action took place. The grid shows in bold the item that is on overdue alert.
