When the demand is requested, the product is selected for replacement.
However, this product can be exchanged for another compatible one.
Warning
If a supply is at forced capacity or forced product, the demand data will be overwritten to reflect the forced capacity or forced product, even if the demand product changes.
Who can use this feature
Users with the Admin or Demand planning permissions
Instructions

Review the products linked as compatible, if desired

Go to Supplies > Demand planning

Locate the desired demand

Click on the ⋮ button at the end of the line

Click on Change product
-
Select another product from the list of products with type and color compatible with the printer model of the demand

Enter a comment with information about the product change, if desired

Click on the Save button
The changes made and the comment, if entered, will be available in the demand history, along with the information of the user who carried out the action.
