The synchronization configuration allows you to define:

Download settings: interval in hours between downloads of the settings applied in the portal.

Sending monitoring reports: interval in hours between sending the monitored data to the portal.
By default, a 4-hour interval (04:00:00) will be registered in both settings when the service is created, but it can be changed according to the operation's needs.

Go to the Installations > Services menu

Click on the desired service to open its properties

Click on the Settings and Synchronization tab

Enter the desired time interval for each configuration
Information
The minimum time allowed is 1 hour (01:00:00).

To force printer data synchronization, follow the steps below:

Click on the Settings tab and Printer search

Locate the Printer search option
-
Click the Search for printers button to start the search
Below, the system will display the number of printers found in real time. The printers already registered will also have their data synchronized automatically, ensuring immediate update of information.
