Change minimum supply level for reliable exchanges

To avoid incorrect stock write-offs, especially in situations where a new supply is inserted into a device that is already partially used or has a level below the acceptable level, NDD Orbix allows you to set a minimum level to consider the automatic exchange as reliable.

When identifying an automatic supply exchange, the platform checks whether the level of the new item is equal to or greater than the configured minimum percentage.

  • If the level is above or equal to the limit, the exchange will automatically write off the item from stock.

  • If the level is below the limit, the exchange will not write off the item from stock.

By default, the minimum percentage is 100%, which effectively disables the rule. This value can be adjusted as needed for the operation.

Warning

This rule applies only to supplies with a decreasing level of load and is not used in scenarios based on load status.
