Monitoring blocking allows you to prevent the service from monitoring certain USB printers based on their serial number.

Block by serial number: monitoring of the printer associated with the serial number will be blocked.
Blocking can be performed in two ways:

By service, to block multiple serial numbers at the same time;

By printer, to block multiple services that monitor a serial number.

Instructions
Block serial number by service

Access the Installations > Services menu

Click on the desired service to open its properties

Click on the Settings tab and on the Monitoring option

Locate the Block Filter by Series option

Click on the + Add button.

Enter the serial number

Click the Add button to add the serial number and remain on the addition screen, or click the Add and Close button to add the serial number and return to the registration screen

Repeat the action as many times as necessary until you have added all the desired blocks

Access the Monitoring > Printers menu

Click on the name of the desired printer to open its properties

Click on the Installations tab

Select the desired service
-
Click on the Blocking > Block by series button

Click on the Confirm button in the message box to confirm the action
The block will be listed in the settings of the respective services.
Unblock serial number

Access the Installations > Services menu
-
Click on the desired service to open its properties

Click on the Settings tab and on the Monitoring option

Locate the desired serial number
-
Click on the trash can icon
When a serial number is unlocked, the printer will be monitored by the service again, if it is still connected via USB.
