Configure premature exchange alerts for printer supplies

NDD Orbix continuously monitors supply levels and considers any exchange carried out when the remaining stock exceeds the configured percentage to be a premature exchange.

Whenever an exchange occurs with a remaining quantity equal to or greater than the defined limit (at the default setting, 20%, which can be adjusted according to the operation’s strategy), the portal records the occurrence and generates an alert.

These alerts help identify deviations in the replacement process and allow support for corrective actions, such as the recovery or reuse of supplies.
