An visual indicator that displays as Critical when the end date is earlier than or equal to the scheduled replenishment date.
Total completion
Consolidated estimated end forecast for supplies (active + available at the delivery location).
Available balance
Quantity in pages (for printers) or meters (for thermal printers) available for the delivery location in question, considering the items that have the device as their source in inventory and those already in use.
Required balance
Quantity required in pages (for printers) or meters (for thermal printers) for the period.
Average efficiency
Average supply efficiency.
To change the efficiency and recalculate the required quantity, click the Edit efficiency button in the view by device.
Average coverage
Average supply coverage.
Replenishment days
Desired number of replenishment days.
Replenishment demands
Quantity of items required for replenishment.
The replenishment demands forecast in the scheduled replenishment are generated for the source device in question.
Safety demands
Quantity of items required to maintain the safety stock. This value is calculated automatically based on the registered rules. If no rules have been defined, the quantity will be set to 0. However, you can manually enter safety stock demands in the forecast by editing the quantity.
The safety demands specified in the scheduled replenishment are generated for the delivery location in question and are not linked to a specific device of origin.
Expected safety stock
Quantity of safety stock items that must be available at the delivery location for supply, according to the configured safety stock rules.
Current stock of replenishment products
Quantity of replenishment items currently available in the delivery location's stock for supply, taking into account open demands.
Current stock of safety products
Quantity of safety stock items currently available in the delivery location’s stock for the supply, already accounting for open demands.
Final requirement
Total quantity of supplies that needs to be sent to the delivery location to meet replenishment demands and maintain the safety stock.
When there is an available balance of safety stock, these items can be used to reduce the required shipment quantity.
💡
Example 1
Replenishment demands: 10
Safety demands: 0
Expected safety stock: 5
Current stock of replenishment products: 0
Current stock of safety products: 10
The final requirement will be 5. In this case, 5 items from the current safety stock balance will be used to meet part of the demand, while the remaining 5 will remain in stock to make up the expected safety stock balance.
Example 2
Replenishment demand: 10
Safety demand: 0
Expected safety stock: 0
Current stock of replenishment products: 0
Current stock of safety products: 10
The final requirement will be 0. In this case, all required items will be covered by the current safety stock balance, with no need to send additional products.
All changes made to the scheduled replenishment directly impact the final requirement, including:
Product replacement
Editing the average pages/meters
Editing the efficiency
In addition, you can manually adjust the final requirement:
In the view by delivery location, click Edit quantity to change safety stock demands.
These changes automatically update the consolidated final requirement value.
Below the grid, the total number of customers, sites, delivery locations, pages required, and meters required for the scheduled replenishment are displayed.
Actions available in the view by delivery location
The view by delivery location allows you to adjust estimates, simulate scenarios, and, finally, generate the demands. The changed data will be reflected in the view by device.
Changes are not reversible; to return to the initial values, generate a new scheduled replenishment with the same filters.
Additionally, edits always apply to the last value in the table.
Edit quantity
To change the final required quantity of items for safety demands, enter a value between 0 and 10,000.
In scheduled replenishment, select the delivery location you want to change and click Edit quantity.
When you enter the new quantity and click the Save button, the required quantity column will be updated.
The adjusted quantity will affect the Final requirement column. The Safety demands column will display the value originally generated by the forecast, for audit purposes, and the manually edited value in parentheses.
💡
Example
Value originally generated by the forecast: 5
Manually edited value: 3
Result displayed in the Safety demands column: 5 (3).
To export the generated scheduled replenishment to a CSV file, taking into account the filters applied.
Generate demands
Once adjustments are complete, click the Generate demands button to generate the safety stock and/or replenishment demands displayed in the views, in accordance with the final requirement. After generation, the schedule will be automatically updated to reflect the planned demands (stock to be received), and, consequently, the final requirement.
When you click the Close button, the forecast replenishment will not be saved. To view it again, you will need to enter all filters and generate the forecast replenishment.
