Scheduled replenishment allows you to accurately predict the quantity of supplies needed for printers over a specific period and allows the generation of demands on the portal. This feature assists with replenishment planning and efficient inventory management.
Scheduled replenishment is generated by device (total requirement for each device) or by delivery location (consolidates the total requirement for all devices linked to the same location).
Together with the inventory at delivery locations, the platform considers the current stock balance and the quantity to be received, calculating the estimated consumption for the specified period. Based on this information, the platform intelligently and accurately calculates the actual replenishment need.
After generating the scheduled replenishment, it is possible to make manual adjustments to the projected quantities and simulate different scenarios to assess impacts based on variables such as print volume and products used. Just as it is possible to add products to the stock, the scheduled replenishment can also result in the removal of items from the balance, depending on the adjustments made.
At the end of the analysis, the portal allows you to generate demands, considering the final validated requirement value.

Who can use this feature
Users with the Admin or Generate scheduled replenishment permissions
Instructions

Go to Supplies > Forecasts > Scheduled replenishment

If desired, select one or more customers, or all of them, to include in the forecast

If desired, select one or more delivery locations to include in the forecast

Enter the desired scheduled replenishment period in days (maximum of 365 days)
The scheduled replenishment will be based on the quantity of supplies required for the specified period. -
If desired, uncheck the option to consider monitored printers, so that unmonitored printers are included in the scheduled replenishment

Click the Generate forecast button
The scheduled replenishment will be generated based on the compatible products linked to the printers.
Only supplies that need to be replenishment during the requested period will be included in the scheduled replenishment. If there are no scheduled replenishments for the filtered supplies, a message will inform you that no data was found.
After generation, you will be directed to the scheduled replenishment view by device.
Information
If the scheduled replenishment is not exported or the demands are not generated before you log out, you will need to generate it again.
