Who can use this feature
Users with the Admin or Generate scheduled replenishment permissions
After generating the scheduled replenishment, the platform displays the required quantity of supplies per device, allowing you to view the individual needs of each priner.
To view the consolidated data by delivery location and generate demands, click Advance.
Columns in the view by device
The view by device organizes the data into the following columns:
Customer
Customer associated with the device.

Available balance
Quantity in pages (for printers) or meters (for thermal printers) available for the device in question, considering the items that have the device as their source in inventory and those already in use.
Required balance
Quantity required in pages (for printers) or meters (for thermal printers) for the period.
Yield/day
Average daily supply yield in pages in pages (for printers) or meters (for thermal printers).
To change the daily average of pages or meters and recalculate the required quantity, click the Edit average pages/day button in the view by device.
Replenishment days
Desired number of replenishment days.
Current balance
Quantity of supplies available in stock at the delivery location.
Replenishment demands
Quantity of items required for replenishment.
The replenishment demands forecast in the scheduled replenishment are generated for the source device in question.
Requirement for the device
Total quantity of supplies required for device replenishment during the period, taking all demands into account.
Example
-
Product balance: 5
-
Replenishment demands: 30
The final requirement will be 25.
All changes made to the scheduled replenishment directly impact the device requirements, including:
-
Product replacement
-
Editing the average pages/meters
-
Editing the efficiency
In addition, you can manually adjust the requirement:
-
In the view by device, click Edit quantity to change replenishment demands;
-
In the view by delivery location, click Edit quantity to change safety stock demands.
These changes automatically update the consolidated final requirement value.
Below the grid, the total number of customers, sites, delivery locations, printers, thermal printers, pages required, and meters required for the scheduled replenishment are displayed.
Actions available in the view by device
The view by device allows you to adjust estimates and simulate scenarios. The changed data will be reflected in the view by delivery location.
Changes are not reversible; to return to the initial values, generate a new scheduled replenishment with the same filters.
Additionally, edits always apply to the last value in the table.
Edit quantity
To change the final required quantity of items in the replenishment demands, enter a value between 0 and 1,000.
In the scheduled replenishment, select the device you want to change and click Edit quantity.
When you enter the new quantity and click the Save button, the required quantity column for items will be adjusted.
The adjusted quantity will affect the Device requirements column, but will not affect the Replenishment demands column, which will remain at the original number for auditing purposes. As a result, the Replenishment demands column may show a value that is lower or higher than the Device requirements column. In this case, demands will be generated based on the value shown in the Device requirements.
Changes to the quantity made in the View by device will also affect the Final requirement column in the View by delivery location.
To change the quantity of safety demands, access View scheduled supply replenishment by delivery location.
Replace product
To replace the product with another compatible one of the same model, type, and color.
In scheduled replenishment, select the device you want to change and click Replace product. Only one product can be replaced at a time.
When you enter the new product and click the Save button, the scheduled replenishment will be recalculated with the updated product.
Information
If the replaced product has a capacity of 0, the required quantity of items will also be 0. In this case, you can:
-
Force the capacity or force the product, if necessary, to permanently correct the product’s capacity.
-
Replace the product again or enter the quantity manually in the view by device, to correct only the scheduled replenishment.
Edit average pages/day
To change the average quantity of pages or meters produced per day by the supply, enter a value between -100% and 1,000%. This change affects the estimated required balance and, consequently, the device's requirements.
Example
The average pages per day in the scheduled replenishment is 200. During editing, an increase of 20% to the average pages was requested. The new average pages per day in the scheduled replenishment will be 240 (200 + 20%).
The average meters per day in the scheduled replenishment is 200. During editing, a decrease of 20% to the average meters was requested. The new average meters per day in the scheduled replenishment will be 160 (200 - 20%).
Furthermore, the required balance shown in the scheduled replenishment will be a maximum of 7,300,000, even if the percentage change exceeds this limit.
Example
The scheduled replenishment was generated for 30 days. The average number of pages per day in the scheduled replenishment is 25,000. During editing, an increase in the average pages to 1,000% was requested. The new average pages per day in the scheduled replenishment will be 275,000. However, the required balance will be 7,300,000, as this is the maximum possible.
If -100% is entered, the average, the required balance, and the device requirement will be set to zero.
In the scheduled replenishment, select the devices you want to change and click Edit average pages/day. The change will apply to all lines in the scheduled replenishment that have the same parameters defined in the edit.
The client field is mandatory. The site can only be selected if only one customer is chosen. If more than one customer is chosen, site selection will be disabled and all customer sites will be considered.
Warning
When selecting a printer without a serial number (identified by a dash: -), the average will be changed for all printers without a serial number that share the same customer, site, printer manufacturer, product model, product type, and product color.
When you enter the percentage increase or decrease for the average pages or meters per day and click the Save button, the scheduled replenishment will be recalculated.
Edit efficiency
To change the average efficiency percentage of the supply capacity, enter a value between -100% and 1,000%. This change affects the estimated required balance and, consequently, the device's requirements.
Example
The efficiency in the scheduled replenishment is 5%. During editing, an increase in efficiency to 20% was requested. The new efficiency in the scheduled replenishment will be 6% (5 + 20%).
The efficiency in the scheduled replenishment is 5%. During editing, a decrease in efficiency to -20% was requested. The new efficiency in the scheduled replenishment will be 4% (5 - 20%).
Furthermore, the efficiency percentage displayed in the forecast will be a minimum of 1% and a maximum of 100%, even if the percentage change exceeds these limits.
Example
The efficiency in the scheduled replenishment is 10%. During editing, a decrease in efficiency to -100% was requested. The new efficiency in the scheduled replenishment will be 1%, as this is the minimum possible. If -100% is entered, even though the minimum efficiency is 1%, the required quantity of items will be set to zero.
The efficiency in the scheduled replenishment is 10%. During editing, an increase in efficiency to 1,000% was requested. The new efficiency in the scheduled replenishment will be 100%, as this is the maximum possible.
In addition, the efficiency percentage displayed in the forecast will always be whole numbers. If the calculation results in a percentage with decimal places, it will be rounded down.
Example
The efficiency in scheduled replenishment is 1%. In the edit, an increase in yield to 99% was requested. The new yield in scheduled replenishment will be 1%, considering that the calculation result was 1.99% and is always rounded down.
In scheduled replenishment, select the devices you want to change and click Edit efficiency. The change will be reflected in all lines of the scheduled replenishment that have the same parameters defined in the edit.
Only the type and color fields are mandatory. The site can only be selected if only one customer is chosen. If more than one customer is chosen, site selection will be disabled and all customer sites will be considered.
Warning
When selecting a printer without a serial number (identified by a dash: -), all printers without a serial number and with the same customer, site, printer manufacturer, product model, product type, and product color will have their efficiency changed.
When you enter the percentage increase or decrease in efficiency and click the Save button, the scheduled replenishment will be recalculated.
Export forecast
To export the generated scheduled replenishment to a CSV file, taking into account the filters applied.
Advance
After completing the adjustments, click Advance to access the view by delivery location. In this step, you can adjust the quantity of safety demands and, at the end, generate the demands, as instructed at View scheduled supply replenishment by delivery location.
Close
When you click the Close button, the forecast replenishment will not be saved. To view it again, you will need to enter all filters and generate the forecast replenishment.
