Request thermal printer supply demands

When a supply alert is generated that indicates the supply is running low, you can request a replenishment of that supply by opening a demand in the system.

Warning

If there is an automatic demand request rule enabled for the supply, the demand will be requested automatically for the configured members.

Demands can also be submitted through scheduled replenishment, according to the established configurations.

In either case, it is not necessary to follow the steps described below.

When a demand is requested, 1 item to be received will be automatically added to the delivery location linked to the printer. If it is finalized, that item will be converted to 1 item in stock. If it is refused, that item will be removed from the respective delivery location.

If email rules are active, when a demand is opened based on the supply running low alert rule, an email will be sent to the recipients configured in the rule. Additionally, if the rule is configured to automatically close the demand, the demand will be finalized at the time of the request and will be sent to the Supplies > Completed demands menu.
