Delivery locations centralize the control of device and supply stock by physical location, ensuring more efficient and secure equipment management.
A delivery location:
-
Must always be linked to a customer;
-
Can exist without being linked to a site.
When creating a site, a delivery location is automatically generated and linked to that site. All printers associated with the site will be automatically linked to the respective delivery location, provided they have not been manually moved between delivery locations previously.
It is also possible to create a delivery location manually. In this case, the link to the customer is mandatory and the link to the site is optional. When the delivery location is created manually, printers are not linked automatically. The association of devices must be done manually by the user.
