Allows you to view the date on which a printer, thermal printer, or computer began being monitored on the NDD Orbix portal for each customer to which it was linked.

Access the menu corresponding to the device type:

Monitoring > Printers

Monitoring > Thermal printers

Monitoring > Computers > Devices

Click the name of the desired device

Click the Moves tab
On this tab, you can view:
-
the date the device was added to the NDD Orbix portal, which corresponds to the start of monitoring;
-
the date the device was removed from one customer and added to another, if the device has already been transferred.
