Change the password to access the portal

The access password can be changed if forgotten or if necessary.

Instructions

1. Access the NDD Orbix portal login page

2. Click on the option Forgot your password?

3. In the E-mail field, enter the address used to access the portal

4. Click the Send button

5. Access the inbox of the email address provided and locate the message with the subject Forgot your password?

6. Click the Redefine password button

7. In the Password and Confirmation password fields, enter the new password

8. Click the Reset button to complete the process
