Remove the agent on Windows

Removing the DCA and Cloud Connector agent will cause the devices to no longer be monitored.

Instructions

1st way

In the Windows settings:

  1. Go to Control Panel

  2. Click on Programs

  3. Click on Programs and Features

  4. Locate the DCA and Cloud Connector program in the list

  5. Right-click on the DCA and Cloud Connector program

  6. Click Uninstall

  7. Read the message carefully and click Yes

Alternatively, in steps 5 and 6 you can:

  1. Left-click on the DCA and Cloud Connector program

  2. Click Uninstall in the top bar above the list of programs

2nd way

Using the installer:

  1. Run the DCA and Cloud Connector installer file again

  2. Click Next on the initial installer screen

  3. Click on the Remove icon

  4. Click on Remove

  5. Wait for removal and click Finish
