Meters and odometers
Meters (Line display)
This report informs, in lines, the production of the complete inventory of meters (initial and final) of the network and USB printers in the selected period.
In this report, each line corresponds to one printer's meter information.
To ensure the accuracy of the yield calculation, the system searches for the initial meter in the last available record up to 30 days before the start date of the requested period. For this reason, the initial reading date shown in the report may be earlier than the period entered. However, the yield value will always correctly reflect the requested period.
Meters (Column display)
Informs, in columns, the production of the complete inventory of system meters (initial and final) for the network and USB printers in the selected period.
In this report, each row corresponds to the data of one printer, and the data of the system meters (A4 Mono, A4 Color, A3 Mono, A3 Color and Scan) are presented in separate columns.
To ensure the accuracy of the yield calculation, the system searches for the initial meter in the last available record up to 30 days before the start date of the requested period. For this reason, the initial reading date shown in the report may be earlier than the period entered. However, the yield value will always correctly reflect the requested period.
Meters production statement
Informs the production of all the meters (initial and final) currently enabled (of the System or Custom type) for network and USB printers, according to the period selected, by printer, site and department.
To ensure the accuracy of the yield calculation, the system searches for the initial meter in the last available record up to 30 days before the start date of the requested period. For this reason, the initial reading date shown in the report may be earlier than the period entered. However, the yield value will always correctly reflect the requested period.
Odometers (Column display)
Informs, in columns, the odometer data (initial and final) and the quantity of prints (initial and final) of the network and USB thermal printers in the selected period. Each line corresponds to the data of one printer.
The report allows you to choose the odometer unit of measurement between the manufacturer's default (uses the original unit provided by the printer, without conversion) or centimeters, meters or kilometers (automatically converts all units of measurement according to the selected option).
To ensure the accuracy of the yield calculation, the system searches for the initial odometer in the last available record within 30 days prior to the initial date of the requested period. Therefore, the initial reading date displayed in the report may be prior to the period entered. However, the yield value will always correctly reflect the requested period.

Computer inventory
Allocated computers statement
Tactical computer inventory
Provides a consolidated and detailed view of the monitored computers in the customer's environment. It is divided into 4 sections:
-
Physical inventory: displays indicators related to the characteristics and distribution of the monitored computers.
-
Computers by type: chart showing the quantity of computers by type (desktops, laptops, and others).
-
Computers by total RAM memory: chart showing the quantity of computers grouped by total RAM memory size in GB. Up to 5 RAM memory sizes are displayed, sorted from largest to smallest, and the rest are grouped under the Others category.
-
Computers by model: chart showing the quantity of computers by model. Up to 10 models are displayed, sorted from highest to lowest quantity, and the rest are grouped under the Others category.
-
Computers by processor model: chart showing the number of computers by processor model. Up to 10 processor models are displayed, sorted from highest to lowest quantity, and the rest are grouped under the Others category.
-
-
Technical inventory: displays indicators related to the health and performance of the equipment.
-
Active computers with no communication: chart showing the quantity of active computers that have had no communication for more than 7 days.
-
Hardware alerts – Top 5: chart showing the quantity of open hardware alerts in the last 30 days. Up to 5 alerts are displayed, sorted from highest to lowest quantity.
-
Overused computers: chart showing the quantity of computers with high processor, RAM memory, or disk usage, and normal ones (no overutilization). Overutilization is considered when hardware usage reaches or exceeds 90%.
-
Battery health: chart showing the quantity of laptops with batteries in good condition or degraded (when degradation reaches or exceeds 30%).
-
-
Software inventory: displays indicators related to the usage and status of monitored software:
-
Total monitored software: chart showing the quantity of software programs classified by status (allowed, forbidden, or pending).
-
Most used software: chart showing the quantity of software programs most used in the last 30 days. Up to 5 software programs are displayed, sorted from highest to lowest quantity.
-
Antivirus status on computers: chart showing the quantity of up-to-date and outdated antivirus software.
-
Computers by operating system: chart showing the quantity of computers by operating system type (edition and version). Up to 5 operating system types are displayed, sorted from highest to lowest quantity, and the rest are grouped under the Others category.
-
Attention
The Most used software chart is currently under construction and will be available in the system shortly.
-
Detailed: if the Include detailed view filter is enabled, in addition to the charts, the report will display detailed lists of computers that meet the following conditions:
-
Computers without communication for more than 7 days
-
Computers with processor overused
-
Computers with memory overused
-
Computers with disk space overused
-
Computers with compromised battery health
-
Computers with forbidden software installed
-
Computers with outdated antivirus software
-
EcoPrint
Comparative
Shows the number of prints on which savings have been made by using EcoPrint, compared to the number of meters in the printer during the selected period.
Each line of the report represents a printer, showing the total meter for the period and the total number of prints made.
The start date and end date of accounting in the report correspond, respectively, to the first and last date on which accounting took place in the selected period.
Saving
Shows the number of printed pages (monochrome, color and total) and the savings factor applied to them according to the rules configured during the selected period.
Each line of the report represents a printer, showing the total number of prints made and the savings factor applied. If a printer has more than one savings factor applied, it will be listed more than once with its respective printouts and savings percentages.
The start date and end date of accounting in the report correspond, respectively, to the first and last date on which accounting took place in the selected period.
